Surrogacy has a lot of moving parts. Our role is to keep those details organized, coordinated, and off your plate, while making sure both you and your surrogate feel supported throughout the journey.
Matching Guidance
Not every state or candidate is the right fit for every situation. Based on your specific circumstances, including where you live, your marital status, and how your family is being built, we’ll only share surrogate profiles that align with your legal, personal, and family-building needs.
Medical Coordination
We’ll work directly with your fertility clinic to schedule your surrogate for medical clearance, required appointments, and, later, for embryo transfer, ensuring every appointment is on time.
Travel
We’ll book and coordinate all travel your surrogate needs for medical clearance and embryo transfer, so logistics are never something you have to manage.
Escrow, Bills & Reimbursements
We’ll recommend a trusted escrow agent experienced in surrogacy, then keep an eye on everything moving through your account: reviewing, submitting, and confirming that medical bills and reimbursements are paid accurately and on time. It’s one more way we take the stress off both you and your surrogate.
Legal Coordination
We connect you with trusted attorneys licensed in your surrogate’s state, since surrogacy law, including pre-birth orders, varies by jurisdiction, and make sure you and your surrogate each have independent counsel throughout.
Insurance Guidance
We’ll refer you to insurance specialists experienced in surrogacy, help review your surrogate’s existing coverage, and guide you toward a surrogate-friendly policy if needed, including newborn insurance, when applicable. We’ll even manage the application process on your behalf.

Consultation & Planning
We’ll get to know you, your goals, and your timeline, including which states and legal paths make sense for your specific situation. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of the process, expected costs, legal considerations, and what the next steps look like

Matching With a Surrogate
Every candidate in our pool has completed a criminal background check and a rigorous recruitment process, with her medical history pre-reviewed by our in-house nurse ahead of official clearance. We’ll share profiles based on your preferences, including the kind of relationship you’re hoping to build with your surrogate, and because we maintain an active pool of candidates, you won’t be stuck on a long waitlist waiting for a single option. Once you’ve found the right fit, we’ll arrange a video call so you can get to know each other before moving forward.

Setting Up Escrow
Once you’re matched, we’ll help you set up an escrow account with a trusted agent experienced in surrogacy arrangements. An initial deposit covers early costs like your surrogate’s travel to medical clearance; once legal agreements are signed, your account is fully funded for the journey ahead.

Medical & Psychological Screening
Your surrogate will travel to your fertility clinic to complete the testing your doctor requires for official medical clearance, along with a psychological screening we help coordinate, ensuring she’s fully ready for a healthy, well-supported journey.

Legal Agreements
Independent legal counsel, specific to your surrogate’s state, ensures you and your surrogate are each fully informed and protected. No medical procedures begin until every agreement is reviewed and signed.

Insurance
At the same time, we’ll begin working through insurance: reviewing your surrogate’s coverage, helping secure a surrogate-friendly policy if needed, and coordinating newborn insurance if applicable.

Embryo Transfer
If your surrogate isn’t local to your clinic, we’ll locate a nearby monitoring center for her lining checks, then coordinate her travel to your clinic for the transfer itself. About 10 days later, she’ll go for blood work to confirm the pregnancy: the moment everything starts to feel real.

Pregnancy Management
Your surrogate remains under your fertility clinic’s care through heartbeat confirmation. From there, she graduates to the care of her own OBGYN, and we’ll make sure everything is set up smoothly, including keeping you informed of every appointment date. Whether you’d like to stay closely involved, attend major milestones like the 20-week ultrasound, or take a more hands-off approach, we’ll help coordinate travel and scheduling around whatever level of involvement feels right for you. Throughout, we continue managing bills and payments so nothing falls on you or her.

Welcoming Your Baby
Before your baby arrives, your attorney secures a Pre-Birth Order, so your legal parentage is confirmed from day one. And our work doesn’t stop at the hospital. If you’re interested in having breast milk provided, we’ll help coordinate getting everything in place. Medical bills can continue arriving for months after delivery, on a timeline that isn’t up to you or us, but for as long as it takes, we’ll stay on top of making sure they’re paid. You bring your baby home; we handle the rest.
